The Junior Galette Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization (status pending) committed to engage, enrich, encourage, enhance, and empower youth and young adults throughout communities in the United States and Haiti.

We envision promoting meaningful, impactful, and transformational change for youth and young adults in communities throughout the United States and Haiti by creating opportunities to continue to address poverty, racial equality, and workforce and economic development through educational programs and initiatives.

The Junior Galette Foundation values the power of partnerships to assist us in delivering programs and services for the most vulnerable population in black and brown communities; anchoring the work we do in these core values:

Authenticity – We believe that our passion and commitment should always define our actions and our actions define our organization so we will continue to do what we say we will do.

Integrity – We maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical behavior and value transparency and honesty in our relationships, actions, and communications with each other and the people we serve.

Creativity – In every effort for us to create transformational change, we approach ideas, concepts, programs, and initiatives beyond the traditional and conventional way of thinking so innovation and new possibilities can drive our decision-making and community outreach and engagement.

Accountability – We strive to position our resources to have the most impact for the people and landscapes we serve. We hold ourselves accountable for the outcomes we produce, the quality engagements our work generates, and the commitments we make to our participants, stakeholders, donors, and each other.

Respect – We celebrate and value the unique and diverse perspectives and experiences of everyone we meet and work with and we treat our participants, stakeholders, donors, and each other with the highest level of respect.
